You have always been a good trainer and motivator besides being a good engineer. Great achievement on establishing your own Foundation for learning. You don’t get many speakers/trainers from the oil industry who can impart training to our younger engineers and students. I hope you’ll be delivering lectures in our higher educational institutes and even at Inter/O Level/A Level classes to give young students insight, direction, encouragement and real world opportunities that lie ahead in their lives. Globally due to ongoing COVID pandemic and due to climate change targets of net zero emissions by 2050 We’re now seeing a historic energy transition unfold across the entire energy system. The transition is gathering pace, and it is obvious that energy companies – upstream, mid and down streams, and the industries and societies they serve, are approaching the topics that are planned to be covered by the workshop(s) /Seminars/Conferences with increased seriousness and commitment.
As energy companies innovate and seek to reinvent themselves, they must still deliver value. Energy Sector entities in order to thrive today for meeting the future challenges need to have the economic foundations in place to deliver the energy systems of tomorrow.

Salman Qaisrani is Amongst the Outstanding Management Employees whom I met in the start at PSO in end 2000. An Engineer who had made phenomenal Contributions in the Infra Structure development and had a great understanding of Project Management. I met him when he was in the midst of a session at
